The House and Senate passed the tax reform bill and the President signed it into law. This bill will eliminate the ACA’s individual mandate beginning in 2019. By taking away the individual mandate, individuals will no longer have to pay a tax penalty if they do not have health care coverage. Be aware that nothing will change for our customers. The ACA individual plans will still be in place and customers who signed up for health coverage during open enrollment will continue to be covered.  We believe that everyone should have access to affordable health care coverage. We will continue encourage individuals to have continuous health coverage.
